HOW TO LIST A HOME ON OUR SITE

As a service to the homeowners and builders that are building in Hideaway Harbor, we're offering a listing service for homes that are for sale in Hideaway Harbor.  Homeowners, Builders or Real Estate Agents must apply with the homeowners association for a password to access the service.  If you are interested in placing a listing on the site, contact the webmaster at the email address below.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE LISTED

• Homes must be located in the Hideaway Harbor

• Listing Agent must apply and be granted access to the listing portal

• Listing Agent must re-size their photo to be no larger than the following photo example:
  
  
  400pix x 300pix
  
  Larger images distort the database layout, because the database will show the image in the size that you load it.
   

• Listing Agent is responsible for removing the listing when the house is sold. 

• Listing Agent must advise the prospective homeowner of the Homeowner's Association and the covenants that are involved.

HOW TO OBTAIN A LOGIN PASSWORD TO LIST A HOME
Send email to or call 318-687-3408 to request a login and to get instructions on how to list the home.

To post a listing, you must first login.  When you enter the system, you will see your account information and a menu screen similar to the following:

Clicking on Edit, you can change your listing information as needed.  To list a property, click on the MY PROPERTIES tab.  You will see a screen similar to the following:

If you have property listed already, you will see the various listings in the screen listing.  If you are adding a new property, click the ADD NEW button as highlighted with the red arrow.  You will see a new screen similar to the following:

The DISPLAY box allows you to choose whether you want to display the property to the public.  You must click this box in order for the property to be seen o nthe homes for sale listing.  RE-SIZE YOUR PHOTO BEFORE YOU BROWSE AND SAVE!  Your photo must not be larger than 400 pix by approximately 300 pix in size in order to properly display on the listing page.  WIDTH is more important than height.
