GUIDE FOR
NEW HOMEOWNERS IN HIDEAWAY
If you are buying a home or lot inside the
boundary of Hideaway Harbor Estates, you are
also joining the Hideaway Harbor Homeowner's
Association by way of that purchase.
As such, by restrictive covenant on the
property, you are required to pay due to the
Association and abide by certain
restrictions that your neighbors have
enacted. The dues is used
to support the association and to provide
for common services, such as the entrance
gate, streets and lights, all of which are
owned and maintained by the association.
The neighborhood is a gated
community and you will need to contact us
about obtaining an access remote for
yourself and a code for your guests.
There is no cost to add an access code to
the gate, however remotes cost $30.00 each.
You can contact our gate keeper to obtain a
Remote if you need one. Contact
numbers are on the
Contact Us Page. Register your
property and apply for a gate
code on the form below.

Failure to notify us in advance of your
move in date could result in late fees on
your first dues assessment, so we need for
you to register just as soon as possible.
Completing the form above provides us an
opportunity to set up your account as soon
as possible; advises us that you're moving
in and affords us an opportunity to welcome
you to the neighborhood. This is
important because you are responsible for
the dues from the day that you move in and
we don't want you to incur any penalty for
failure to meet the obligations of the
homeowners agreement.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
YOU REGISTER?
After we receive your form submission, we
will set up your online login so that you
can access our MEMBERS ONLY SECTION of the
website. Providing us an email address
allows us to email you your login and
password to the dues accounting statement.
It also allows you to access private areas
of the website and read the Association
Meeting Minutes.
We may also contact you
to verify that your request is valid and
that you own property in Hideaway.
After your gate code is activated we will
advise you that it is done.

WHERE DO YOU PAY DUES?
Detailed information about paying dues
can be found on the

basics are that dues are $25.00 per month if
paid in advance or by the 10th of the month,
with a late fee after that. The money
goes to support the homeowners association
which is responsible for the upkeep and
repair of common property, such as streets,
lighting and the entrance gate. Get

AUTOMATIC
PAYMENTS |
If you
would like to enroll in our Auto Bank
Draft Program, please download the
AUTHORIZATION FORM HERE. You
will need to complete that form and
either mail it to our post office box
or fax it to 318-938-2108.
We will notify you when your account
has been set up. Thereafter, we
will automatically draft your account
each month. You can stop this at
any time by simply letting us know you
wish to cancel the auto-draft. |
