HOMEOWNERS HAVE SPECIAL ACCESS

Homeowners with a valid username and password can access the MEMBER'S ONLY AREA of our site and view content that is intended for our members only.  If you are a homeowner in Hideaway Harbor and you would like an access password, let us know.

SEE YOUR DUES STATEMENT ONLINE
When you login, you can update your information and see your Homeowner's Dues Statement as well as payments that have been received by the association in real time.  This provides you peace of mind, knowing that we received your payments.

HOMEOWNERS DIRECTORY
You can choose to either participate or not to participate in the online Homeowner's Directory which is accessible only to Homeowners with a valid password.  You decide by either clicking DISPLAY or DON'T DISPLAY.  Either way, only Homeowners see it.  It's not open to the public.

INCIDENT REPORTING
You can report an incident from inside the protected area so that the Homeowners Association can address that to keep our neighborhood standards high.  You can choose whether you want to be contacted or not, and your peace of mind is assured by knowing that we know.
