Are you planning on selling your home in Hideaway Harbor?  If so, please keep in mind that the Restrictive Covenants require you to pay your dues and that means that you must be clear and up to date to avoid a lien being filed on your property. If you are planning on selling, please inquire with our Bookkeeper the status of your account and settle this prior to your sale so that the new homeowner starts with a fresh balance.

TELL YOUR PROSPECTIVE BUYER ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

• You'll need to get a Gate Code, and we can get that set up.
